hey hey! gonna lay down the rules of this small project I'd like to get off the ground.
Basically for the next 7 months, I will be posting on a weekly basis my diet. I'll try to be specific with names, measurements, and nutrition facts with my posts. As a community I'd like for others....scratch that...I want you people to post as well in comments. If everything is done nicely, we can easily compare and analyze what's missing from our diets. Of course you can also posts recipe links, dietary tips, and whatnot!
Some of you might want to be some anonymity and that's ok! I'd like to ask though, that you maintain a steady handle/nickname when posting to keep some coherence.
